Purchased this for my elderly mom who has decided to go back to school and would need a laptop with Microsoft capabilities. While she has not used all available functions she has been able to navigate the basics pretty fairly without any difficulty. The price and time that it took to receive the laptop was great. Would definitely buy another refurbished laptop without any hesitation.
