Great Laptop

Condition seems new with no signs of use or previous owner. The i5 4300 Processor with 8GB ram is a surprisingly fast package. Performance in my daily routine (videos, music,and pro music production) is snappy with a 10-20 sec boot and never bogs or locks. Even battery tests in new condition. I don't travel but at home 3 Hours of use and still has more. Overall positive refurb experience... on this unit. Time will tell but so far after 2 months VERY pleased.

Great everyday office use laptop

It was refurbished but works like a charm. Fast and easy to use. My dad loves it.

Get what you pay for

Cracked DVD drive

The laptop was nice and in condition other than that. I bought a new laptop for the same price as the refurbished laptop.

Not a scratch or even a fingerprint. Bonus that 320 GB HD is actually 1TB instead. Fast machine. Running cool and flawless so far. Time will tell but so far AWESOME DEAL!

Bad news.

The 2nd one they sent did not have the DVD that I ordered. Their response to me was tough luck. I order a laptop with a DVD and they send me a different laptop without the DVD. I will be complaining to BestBuy.

New computer for son
