battery gets hot really fast,keyboard doesn't light up,super slow and features are not that great. really disappointed with my purchase

The computer was not for me. I do not like laptops that are in S mode, they make it hard to download certain things that I personally need to function. The camera for video chats (i.e. zoom) was not very clear. If you need to work from home and want to download google chrome or other search engines, I would not recommend this laptop. Spend the extra money and get a better laptop. The laptop froze up on me after 2 days of usage. I was going to keep it but couldn't after the glitches and freezing up and closing applications while I was using them.

I wish the screen was larger, but I measured my old HP laptop incorrectly. I trust HP and hope all goes well with a smaller screen.

after 1 month my kid accidentally hit the screen not even hard and is no longer good, very dissapointed with the quality, you can feel the plastic clicking when you press around the keyboard, have had many laptops and this has never happened and of course the screen is not covered by hp warranty.

Was not able to upload photos from iphone 12. Returned to Best Buy and got the larger 15.6 screen.
