I just got it set up, and everything was self explanatory. I had no issues with hooking up my printer. Start up is immediate. The clarity of the screen is phenomenal! It's real easy to use a wireless mouse. I'm very pleased with the performance.

This is exactly what I want... I need a laptop for working and play.. the screen size is perfect, the 16gb of ram is just perfect for working with different programs at the same time

Speakers are low also don't like that the speaks are placed underneath and wish the brightness on the screen was brighter. However, the laptop is very great and runs smoothly for what I bought it for. Great size and not heavy/

The laptop is fast and has great battery life but the build quality and screen are subpar. It’s pretty cheap though so if that’s what’s important to you it’s a decent laptop

I am extremely satisfied with the speed and performance with Windows11 and 16GB memory for all overall ofiice works and entertainments. the price is also very reasonable.

Love the speed and functionality, especialy in safe mode the os helps newbies or students to surf the web safely, over all product is nice thin and very comfortable to use

If you're looking for a good laptop to do non-gaming tasks, this is it. Lightweight, 16GB RAM doesn't bog down processes, SDD = fast startup and storage. Battery life is very impressive.

Nice laptop for the money, very fast and does everything you need. The only thing is the the resolution on te screen isnt the best. Besides it not being a touch screen, its an excellent choice for work or school.

Works great and easy to set up. My first laptop so I am learning. Good size and pretty light. Wish it had a touch screen and lighted keyboard. And would have been nice to be able to add more memory with flash card.

This laptop is much, much better than my basically defunct previous laptop. I have not used this one a whole lot this far, but it is quiet and fast, which I'm excited about.

great computer, excellent price 16 gb memory will be fine for what I need 256 GB SSD- great option screen size may be small for some, but I prefer the portability of <17" for travel

I paid about $350 for a surprisingly powerful laptop. It gets very hot when taxed by a game or lots of updates, but the thermals go back to normal when simply browsing the Internet or writing a letter. I'll use this for basic tasks or when traveling, but I do prefer my more expensive MacBook Air M1 laptops. I recommend turning off Windows S mode, then cloning the SSD to one with a higher capacity but it's possible to get by doing neither of these things. I like the build quality to price ratio: the keyboard is rather nice, the screen is clear enough, processor and memory are fine for 90 percent of the things I use a computer for.

Im very pleased with my purchase. It is super fast. Still learning to navigate as I haven't had a lot of time with it. I would definately buy again. I love it!
