So far, the HP laptop is working well. It's reliable and overall performance is good.

It's HP quality and HP value you will need. 15.6'' is the biggest screen you can get for a regular backpack. I carry this with my business trip as a personal computer, with great speed as it's using Intel i5 and 16GB memory, which considered as huge on a laptop. 512GB SSD makes it a great choice for major PC.

USB C port does not support dual monitors. This important piece of information should have been front and center in the product description. I would have purchased a different model had I known.

Everything I could want in a personal lap top is in this computer. It's high speed is just what I need when I am researching and downloading heavy genealogy files. The extra bonus is the numerical keypad. I never had one and now I am wondering how I lived without it. HP just knows how to do it right.

Laptop works as expected. Large, touch screen allows for easy view with an alternate navigation tool other than keyboard. Only change I would make is to darker keyboard letters, symbols and numbers a little for contrast. Very satisfied

Great laptop; easy to navigate and love the touch screen

I like the screen size. Great for a laptop. Nice to have side number keys which will be used more end of year finances. Have to learn a few newer items but has been helpful. Good for my needs and great price.

Great laptop at a very good price! I really liked the specs of this laptop. After using it for a week, touch screen works amazingly smooth. Yet to test battery life and would have better experience after a month or so. Tried multi tasking and core i5 processor comes very handy!!
