I like the computer. Easy to set up and use. The speed is just what I needed.

Laptop was just what I was looking for and a real bonus was the BestBuy did a price match on it a few days later as it went on sale. Both the purchase and the price match were very smooth.

I have never had or worked on an HP laptop before. I knew HP desktops were reliable, and I was in dire need of a new laptop. I no longer had a work-provided laptop, and trying to work on my cell phone was less than wonderful. I was worried about buying a discounted laptop, but have been nothing but pleased with my purchase. The large touchscreen is bright and responsive, and the full keyboard with number key pad makes calculations and spreadsheets so much quicker. I also really like the aluminum exterior. It feels like a much more expensive laptop! All I am missing is a backlit keyboard, which just means I won't be working in the dark! Definitely recommend this laptop to anyone needing performance that won't break the bank.

Good full screen laptop..touchscreen..headphone port..great price

Fills all the requirements for a touch screen 15.6" computer for basic functions & internet usage. Starts up quickly, runs smoothly & quickly, & battery life is good. Setting up the computer took awhile though as you have to go through Microsoft set up & then had to download latest updates. Would highly recommend if you're in the market for a new computer.

Laptop is decent for the price range. No issues and very easy to setup. Battery life could have been better.

Great value. The downside is the keyboard feel. Just feels a bit like cheap plastic but fine for light use. Some may also complain about the screen but some like me actually prefer the matte non reflective glass. No shiny glares. Overall, performance/price is great.

Really happy with how smooth this laptop feels for everyday tasks. The touch screen is quick to respond, and the i5 with plenty of memory keeps things running without slowdowns. It handles schoolwork, streaming, and video calls easily. Battery life has been solid so far, making it a reliable pick for daily use.

Everything I could want in a personal lap top is in this computer. It's high speed is just what I need when I am researching and downloading heavy genealogy files. The extra bonus is the numerical keypad. I never had one and now I am wondering how I lived without it. HP just knows how to do it right.

Excellent laptop at a great price. Had no problem transferring the data from my old laptop to my new one. Graphics and screen quality is exceptional.
