    I needed a new laptop with Windows 11 for both home and at consulting use as a semi-retired professional engineer. It fills the bill well at reasonable cost as it offers business type operation although listed as a home use product. More RAM offer faster speed than my old laptop and offers new software support features to help in multitasking efficiency.

    Love my new laptop. I bought this one after my other laptop had hard drive problems. I did not have a touch screen on the older laptop like I have on this one and I love it!     Love my new laptop! I’ve always used HP products and have been happy with them. I haven’t had any problems so far with this new one. I do have to say that the top where it opens is heavy and could cause breakage later as what happened to my last one. I like the touch screen even though I don’t use it that often because I forget it has that capability.
