This computer is excellent! This was an upgrade from a lower grade HP and it has made my life so much easier. I have two remote jobs so multitasking is very important to me. It is very fast and the cost makes it even more worth it. My brother purchased before me and recommended it to me.

I’ve been using the HP 15.6" Full HD Touch-Screen Laptop with the Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB RAM, and 512GB SSD, and it’s been nothing short of impressive. The performance is fast and smooth — perfect for multitasking, streaming, and everyday productivity. Apps open instantly, and the combination of the Core i7 processor and 16GB memory makes even demanding tasks effortless.

This laptop is pretty fast, and performs well above its price. I love it.

It has been working great. Super easy to set up. Good size screen. Very light weight.

Unlike many, the memory in this laptop can be upgraded as not soldered, thus can be raised to 32gb. I am also able to run 2 additional screens (USB 3 adapter & HDMI). The USB-C is dissappointing because it won't do video or networking but you can use the USB 3.0. I am pleased overall for the price vs performance.

I use this for work. Its perfect for my needs, runs quickly and stores my numerous work files. Best Buy’s geek squad was amazing. Not only were they parient with me but were able to transfer all of my documents, pictures and files from my dead laptop to my new HP. Overall, I love my new laptop, its perfect for me. I had a great experience with Best Buy.

I needed a new laptop with Windows 11 for both home and at consulting use as a semi-retired professional engineer. It fills the bill well at reasonable cost as it offers business type operation although listed as a home use product. More RAM offer faster speed than my old laptop and offers new software support features to help in multitasking efficiency.
