I have been using an HP laptop for years, and had no complaints. So after about 8 years of daily use it finally died. I wanted an HP replacement since it was reliable and fits my needs.

Good product worth to buy. Process speed as expected

Fantastic computer. Well made and very fast for work and play.

Good overall laptop. Fast enough for everyday work. The only concern is battery life. Probably could get 5 hours at most with normal use internet playing videos, that kind of activity.

Very nice system and Easy set-up fpor the price. Working well so far. Battery longevity should be much better for this product. Come on HP!

Excellent Computer, the only problem is that the Intel processor is not Inter Core i7, It is Intel Core 7.

It is very difficult to get the arrow on a certain spot and lock it there. For example, I read something and notice I made a mistake. To get back to a specific spot is difficult. The arrow likes to float around

I brough this laptop for my high school son. He liked it very much and suites his needs. Light weight, slicky and no noise. So far I'm happy with my purchase.

I’ve had this laptop now 4 months. This laptop replaced my old one which was still working well but was not able to upgrade to Windows 11. This laptop was cheaper than my old one and unfortunately it’s noticeable. My focus was on performance for a smooth experience though I only use basic websites, Microsoft works type documents, and the occasional zoom type meeting. The computer is slower than what I’m use to. It sometimes takes is 15-30 seconds to wake up from sleep mode. As of last week and even just now I turned it on after being off for a couple of days and was able to enter my login password and now the screen is black but I can see the mouse. Last time it took it about 10-15 minutes for the screen to show anything. So far it’s been 10-15 minutes. After the first time I ran the HP programs and double checked for any type of viruses etc and everything came back clean with no reported performance issues. This isn’t acceptable and I’m frustrated that It’s taking this long to start working on a new computer.

I needed to replace my 2022 HP and I don't like change so this HP is exactly what I needed! Battery life is 7+ hours and its great quality.
