I bought it for my stepson going off to college. It does everything he needs and more. It has long battery life. He loves it and for the price, you can't go wrong.

Easy to set up and use. A little slower than the HP Pavilion but still a very good computer for the price.

I bought it as a gift for my boyfriend about two months ago and he has no complaints. I say this is a great laptop for the price. He likes the Windows 10 and the fact that it is very light weight.

Great laptop for browsing the internet, email, and to store photos. Large screen. Shipped quickly. I dont care for the touchpad as it zooms in and out when i dont mean for it to, there may be a way to turn that feature off but i haven't found it so far.

I thought Win 10 would be easy to learn...wrong. Have not been able to size the screen shots to convenient size yet. Was able to get my old XP computer to work again and have not tried to use this new one very much since then. This was a returned unit and I could not find any manuals or much online help. I'm thinking of returning the unit for refund...

The laptop is very easy to navigate and use. I use it for both play and work, locking things to the task bar makes things easier to find, and being able to search from the task bar makes it simpler to find things both on the comp and on the web.

Great laptop that is not expensive. Enough ram and hard drive.

our old Dell had seen better days. After reviewing this product it was the Best Buy for the money.

My last Windows was XP so the leap to 10 might have been huge. Instead it was a breeze, even without reading instructions. I like a clean interface, so dispensed with the windows boxes with ease. They are attractive and easy to use, but with my years of use dating from well before windows I have strong habits and appreciate simplicity. The settings and choices are also easy to understand & use for customization. Very nice product.

Elderly Mom needed a new PC for email, shopping on-line, storing pictures at a low cost. This PC more than fits her needs. Best Buy Geek Squad was phenomenally helpful in getting her old PC's files transferred to the new PC and will maintain for the (certain) next time she gets viruses for a lower cost than cleaning her old PC. It's not the PC for me since I require more memory and speed, but I'm willing to pay more for these.

I originally purchased this computer as a family computer. We finally got rid of our very outdated (2007) desktop that has been collecting dust and this was a great purchase as our replacement. I use my work computer for everything and it was an HP so I went with what I knew when I started researching this purchase and I couldn't be happier. We have even bought 2 more since buying this one so we don't have to share!! It is just right for what we use it for, social media streaming and online gaming!! Used by an 11, 15, 36, 42 & 71 year old so definite ease of use!!

Cloned copy of windows 10 on a windows 7 unit?? Works fine except forthe cloned mistake in the upgrade program... If you ask to troubleshoot update mode, you get the same ok I fixed it again and again. No touch screen. I killed my computer and had to get a new one ... I'm ok with it. I call it Baby Huey cause it's an Hp. Same problem with the free upgrade on my old windows 7 computer when I upgraded to 10... If you troubleshoot the update through control panel it will find an error and fix it every time. It runs well and suits my purposes. I was able to bring my old computer back up when I had the time. I was in the middle of an SQL class and did something to the old one. Then I was smart enough to shut it down during a restore, which gave my old unit no OS. So I told the bios to boot from a purchased disk and I'm running windows 8 on it again. Ok

This is a cheap laptop but definitely can compare to expensive ones when it comes to performance

I just replaced a computer (H.P.) tower that I had for over 10 years. That is why I had to go with H.P. again. But this time I decided to go with a laptop for portability. After learning to master the touch pad, I now really like the computer. I mostly go to various web sites (facebook, Fox News, National Geographic) and it has more than enough memory to do live feeds and video. I haven't had the computer long, but so far, so good.

Good laptop for the price comes with windows 10 which is much better than the last few versions

The Hp printer is a breeze to use. It accepts emails and prints with ease. recommend for anyone

This computer performs as well as can be expected for a $250 laptop. It does what it is designed to do. Simple tasks, one or two at a time. Surf the web, email, watch video, word processing spread sheets. Can't do it all at one time though. The biggest downside is the display is not as good as you would want for pictures or videos. But for another $100 you could get a better display. Not worth it for this apilication.
