I was in the market for a new laptop for under $400 because my old laptop needed repairs for the same amount of money. My old laptop was 7 years old. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. I realize that I was getting a bargain laptop, and was surprised that I have as much computing power as I do. Basically if you need something and are on a limited budget, I highly recommend this and would to my family and friends.

The product is efficient. Good value for the price. Little slower than I expected but could be due to the Internet connection here. If all you need to do is connect, store pictures e mail, do some printing it is a nice value

This is a fine laptop for basic things like typing and surfing the web. It does lag at times when using Office (starts Not Responding) but I'm not sure if it's the laptop or something else like a background program causing a resource conflict. This is perfect for your mom or dad.

I have really bad luck with laptops, so I got tired of buying expensive ones that die so I tried this one. It works fine, loses battery really fast though. When there's a disc in the drive it makes a loud, terrifying noise.

I'm a computer engineer and I got this for my niece's birthday and going through all the selection I pick this one because it had great features, space and would last her through her high school and college days, plus the price was great!!!!

I love this laptop don't get me wrong but after having it for a month there have been a couple issues, things freeze, some thing take over 30 seconds to open, overall somewhat slow. BUT the screen is very nice as well as the definition, I love it? Even with the few flaws I would still recommend this laptop WITH A WARRANTY, just in case!!

Not bad for the price. Graphics aren't the greatest, but a great laptop for basic duties.

I was disappointed that the geek squad wasn't able to help me with a problem that I had on my laptop. But, when I went into the computer department, they were able to help me without charging me. I don't understand how the geek squad always wants to charge you for free???

Ease of use, and incredible low price makes this a can't miss! Second purchase from HP...

This is a very basic computer that is user friendly and simple. Probably not the best computer for someone who wants to game or watch lots of movies, but it's a good computer.

battery life less than expected....otherwise it has served it's purpose for everyday use

I wanted a laptop with Windows 10. I have an IPad, but needed something more campatible with some of my business software. Apple products are still not fully compatible with some business applications. The HP was perfect for my needs.

This is a great basic laptop for the price. Would buy again if looking for another one.

After researching for a new laptop needed for study, research and online tests for school, this laptop was up to date and had everything I needed in processing and memory, hard drive etc.! Does the job! Love it! Fantastic Price also!

Got this for my girlfriend for christmas and we both love it. She mostly uses to go on Facebook and to stream videos but I personally do a little gaming on it. I have to run them on low graphics but it's still better than nothing.

Took the place of another laptop that died. Was just what was needed at a good price.

I've had the laptop for one month now, and have no regrets. I use it for Internet and have done some minor film editing. Suits my needs and the price was right (under $300.00).

After my desktop crashed, I was looking for a new desktop computer. My kids was telling me to purchase a laptop. This laptop is just the right size and has excellent clarity. The price was amazing. I would recommend it to anyone.

The laptop keyboard design is a bit different that most laptops but it's something to get use to. It has a large screen which is great for my mother.

I'm satisfied as to the performance and will purchase from Best Buy in the future.
