My last laptop was a Toshiba, and it just quit working abruptly. So glad I found an open box deal at Best Buy; I was able to afford to buy a year of Geek Squad this time, and think it was well worth it. The size is better - I don't like overly long laptops - and the keyboard is *much* better - I need keyboards I can hear and that have some resistance in them. I'm a speed typist, and don't need to dink around with a tablet touchscreen much.

Bought this for my son (11) for his birthday. Mostly plays Minecraft and some older games I gave him. Perfect for that. I would not recommend for games requiring more horsepower, however. Overall quite satisfied.

I like using my new hp. It does exactly what I got it for. Easy to use and navigate. Coutana is great.

Purchased this laptop as a everyday laptop. Since I don't play large games, etc. I just wanted a laptop that would satisfy my needs for iTunes management, and MS Office work. This one fits the bill. the new windows is another matter, still learning.

I'm still trying to learn Windows 10 .I can't seem to understand it there is so much stuff I can't find so I just get on there and do the basics because I don't understand it .ugh besides that I like the computer

The laptop comes with a decent configuration. But it made me give it 4 starts because of the poor build quality and noisy fan and hard clicks buttons. Performance wise it is a decent laptop in this price range.

Easy to set up. Easy to use. Very happy. Used for Internet exploring, gaming, and word processing.

This is a great computer my daughter uses it for school work and of course all so I am media it also is hooked up to tv for Netflix and all teenage use

This is a great entry-level laptop. The video speed is not too great, but the processor is plenty fast, and the screen looks great. The CyberLink and WPS Office add-ons make this a complete package.

This product is inexpensive but it does the job. A little slow at times but it gets it done.
