The Operating System is phenomenon. The hardware is great. Future upgrades ready, especially the memory and HD, but none soon. The price, when compared to similar products, is way cheaper. The back-to-school price made it even cheaper. I’ll definitely recommend this product.

For paying only $250.00 for this laptop I really have no complaints. It is user friendly and seems to have all the bells & whistles for the average user.

I bought this laptop/notebook on sale to replace the old HP that I had. It has been well worth the money. It has performed as expected (especially the faster processor speed) and having Windows 10 pre-installed was a plus. It was very easy to get started - almost right out of the box. The RAM is sufficient to do most of what I need. I haven't had any issues for the 2 months I have used it daily. It was definitely a great purchase.

I wanted a cheap computer as I always go through them like one every couple years. My last computer stopped charging. I hate apple computers as they don't have dvd inserts and I am not a fan of apple products. this computer is great. It does link to my outlook account which is what all windows products is pushing on all there products. My surface makes me do the same thing. I seems to be working out so far so good.

If you need a dependable laptop for processing documents, sorting photos and surfing, then it would be difficult to better at this price point. I like that it has a CD/DVD slot to offer flexibility, if you want to pop in music or video that you couldn't access any other way. One criticism: It seems almost impossible to permanently disable the touchpad. I prefer to use a mouse, so I must go to settings to disable to touchpad every time I turn on the computer. Otherwise, when my hands come into contact with the touchpad while typing, the cursor moves and I unintentionally change the magnification of the screen.

Due to the sudden failure of my grandson's laptop computer in college, he called in a panic. I compared several sites for purchase of a laptop and found that Bestbuy's price was very competitive; however, the fact that my grandson could pick up the computer at a Bestbuy convenient to the university was the ultimate deciding factor. My grandson loves the laptop.

Nice, light weight model that does all the basic things a computer should. The battery life is not very long, but for the price, this is a tough computer to beat!

I was looking for an inexpensive laptop to work from home part time. The laptop works pretty good. It does maximize or zoom pages in error sometimes while typing. I read this before purchasing in some other reviews. The laptop also doesn't stay charged longer than 3 or 4 hours, but that may be because I have my screen on the brightest setting. Other than that it pretty much serves its purpose.

Good solid laptop for a reasonable price. One thing I didn't notice when researching is that it doesn't pick up the 5 MHz signal from our router, just the 2.4 MHz one. Not a tremendous disadvantage, but if top wireless speed is a concern, note this.

I bought this laptop for my son who's lives in another state so I don't have "hands on" experience with it and can't give a 5 star rating. The purchase was based on my experience with previously owned HP desktops. The 500GB storage capacity was great and more than enough for my son's use while in school. The 15.6 inch display was sufficient to display multiple windows while the AMD Radeon R4 graphics provided solid image quality. Overall, my son says the laptop had great performance, rapid multitasking and immersive entertainment.

It moves a little slow at times, and sometimes it takes forever for the computer to keep up with my internet speed. But I love the thing!

Works good, just have to get used to Microsoft Edge. All I do is Internet surf, pay bills online & buy/sell on the internet etc.... Good low cost computer for my basic needs without all the bells & whistles that I will never use & it came with Windows 10!

This laptop is fairly lightweight, thin, and easy to use. We purchased for our teens, and it has worked well for them!

Very happy with purchase. Purchased online, picked up in store same day. Had it set up and ready to go very quickly. I find it very user friendly. Was a little intimidated by Windows 10 at first but should not have been. Very easy to navigate. Still learning things but very happy.

This laptop is pretty light. I have purchased it 3 months ago and I have not experienced any problem so far. I highly recommend it. However, I do not recommend installing the Kaspersky Anti Virus that came with the laptop. When I tried to install it, my laptop froze and I had to restore my laptop to factory settings.

I was looking to replace my 2011 MacBook Pro and wanted a cheap laptop that would allow for webcam use and MS Office. This laptop met these needs. The keyboard is not the friendliest, if you type too fast, it drops some of the letters, minor but annoying. As for the OS, it's Windows 10 based and not a touchscreen, personally, I am not a fan. Overall, the processor is fast, the machine was set up in minutes, and I am quite pleased with this product.

My son loves his computer. Works good enough to play his online games. and for the price you cant beat it

This is a well priced laptop for a student. It is a little slow - but, does what it needs to do.
