I had a HP laptop which was four years old so I decided to upgrade as the battery was dying. I purchased another HP and have had nothing but trouble. The mouse is very fast, even though I adjusted it. It has a very soft touch so I bought a wireless mouse to use with the laptop. I put in my password and sometimes it lets me in but other times it does not. I am currently using my old HP as I cannot get into the new computer once again. Not a good experience.

Could not ask for better lap top in this price range. Does everything I need. Great buy!

I've only had the machine a few months but so far it's been good. For what I paid for it and what I need it for it's been a good value thus far.

There's nothing special about this laptop. I got it as a spare that I can take when I travel. It's an inexpensive substitute to my MAC book Pro which, at the time, was in need of repair. The keyboard is not the most responsive. It doesn't have built-kn bluetooth so I bought a USB bluetooth adapter. It seems to work well. I recommend using a portable wi fi keyboard.

I needed a laptop for school that also had DVDs playback. This laptop is good for the price. It is rather large but thin enough to carry in my bag. I like the reinstalled apps and the navigation through the system is quite easy.

The biggest problem I have is the screen enlarging without me trying to do so. When I'm using the mouse pad, it just starts enlarging the screen and it's hard to get back to the page at times

The laptop works great, but Windows 10, not so much. Coming from a Windows XP world, it is taking me some time to get familiar with Windows 10. I would expect nothing less from an HP laptop.

Haven't had any problems with my laptop. it runs well and it was worth the cost.

HP computer works well for assignments needed for college student. Screen is large enough to see all details and the apps are user friendly. Computer has adequate storage and a nice design.
