No problems at all.....just set up and go! Equipped with Windows 10....a great plus!

We bought 2 of these laptops for our daughters and they are perfect for High School students. They even are playing online games with them and there is no lag. Great laptop for the price.

I purchased this laptop for school. So far so good. It's not the fastest, but it serves it's purpose, especially for the price! Can't beat it!

Little heavier than expected. Not sure on effectiveness of the Microsoft Family parental controls. Son seems to have overridden security.

Didn't much like it..not as smooth as my previous lap-top Dell. Not exactly feather touch keys. Some need to be pressed slightly more :(

The laptop works ok. It handles regular everyday stuff like web surfing, email, spreadsheets and word documents. The major complaint I have is when typing on the keyboard the keys sometimes don't register or it types the same letter twice. The spacebar sometimes doesn't register either and you have words that are stuck together. Other than that it works ok.

Just wanted a basic laptop for email, word processing and similar tasks. It performs OK but is pretty slow even with these basic projects.

I had to get a new computer and chose this HP and I love it! It is a basic computer but it gets the job done. I have not had any issues with it. I am very pleased with my purchase.

The laptop is working just fine without any issues. I was plesantly surprised.

Lightweight but sturdy. Very slim design. Inexpensive, but doesn't feel cheep.

Computer seems to be performing as advertised. We did have to buy another printer though. Sales person at Best Buy said we would be able to use our old keyboard, mouse and printer with the new computer but not so. None of them were compatible and not all printers are Windows 10 compatible. If you're buying a new printer make sure you check to see that it's Windows 10 compatible.

I am very satisfied with this laptop, is easy to use and meets all my needs.

I bought this laptop because it was a cheaper touchscreen. So far works great for what I do. Mostly emails, facebook, other social media. Rugged enough to handle daily commutes.

Its good for average task but that's really it. Lacks speed and space. Doesn't connect well with my printer, which is also made by HP

Purchased this laptop for my daughter who left for college last month. She loves it. Not too heavy to carry, nice picture quality, large screen and runs smoothly. No complaints!

I use this laptop just for school and it works perfect. If you were going to use it for anything else it probably would be slow.

I travel to CO to see our son and I hate to take my lap top in my carry one. With so many apps that allow data and files to be saved, my idea was to purchased this laptop and leave it in CO for my use- teaching on line. It is the perfect extra I needed. Enough memory, ease of use and compatible with so many programs. The screen is the perfect size for a home-use laptop.

I enjoy this computer very much. It is perfect for searching the web and word preceding. While I wouldn't load too much on to it, it is perfect for the light computer user.
