It has a few, typical laptop annoyances like it changes the screen size randomly because of your hand contact with the typing area. But for what I paid, I am fairly happy.

Nice laptop that works well for my needs and at a very reasonable price.

bought this computer as an inexpensive laptop. Main computer is a Mac. first laptop I purchased worked fine first day. I got everything set up then closed down. Next morning tried to turn it on and it would not function. Took back - Geek Squad did not have any luck either. It was replaced as long as I returned home and got the box it came in and brought it back to store. Second laptop has worked fine.

It does what I need it to do. Isn't the fastest I've had but it's good.

I enjoy the ease of using this unit. Really more computer than I need.

Really good computer for a beginner. Easy to use. Windows 10 is great.

Not bad for the price. The only complaint is the way the keys are aligned on the keyboard. You constantly put your fingers in the wrong positions when starting to type.

This was a great deal laptop, so far work perfect... my laptop is 1 TB

It works for what I need it to like checking email and stuff but I like the windows 10

I bought this for my girlfriend and she loves it. The only issue is the battery life is not that great on it. It seems like she is always attached to the power outlet.

Had problems from day one. Returned to store day 6. Was told it was my fault the computer didn't work. Compared it to buying a new car - taking it home, ripping the seats and bringing it back to the dealer. Was told to leave the store (as I was leaving) after I got upset. Fixed it myself with the help of Windows on line. I don't plan to ever go back to Best Buy.

I like the weight and user friendly layout. It has a scratch on the top of it though out of the box. I know it's cosmetic but it's an irritant every time I look at it.

It's a basic laptop. Much too slow for me. I would have purchased a better model if I had known i wouldn't be happy with it.

Fair for the price paid. If you are looking for simple tasks as access internet and work with Ms office it is a good choose.

This computer is good for what I need it to do. I did not need the largest storage or fastest memory. I just needed a laptop for school. It does the job just fine.
