Very nice laptop, easy to use. The HP support was very helpful when I needed it to navigate around the laptop.

1. no light for "number lock," minor but sometimes annoying. 2. difficulty with touchpad. sometimes my internet window, MSword window, or other window will suddenly zoom in or out. took me awhile to learn that unintended contact with touchpad controls zooming in and out. google it for details. 3. i clicked "recommend," but only because of the low price on the open box item.

Excellent laptop. Only problem so far is power cord comes loose easily.

This HP 15.6 Laptop - AMD A6-Series PC was a gift for a relative, but after setting it up I wanted to keep it! The PC is great for web browsing and Netflix viewing. I'm sure the PC can do a lot more than that, but those are it's primary uses right now for my In-Laws.

I WAS LOOKING FOR A CHEAP LAPTOP FOR SIMPLE TASKS. I HAVE NOT HAD ANU ISSUES WITH THIS AT ALL.

at first windows 10 was a pure pain but as soon as I got it all set the way I wanted it to be fell in love with it....have always loved hp products and have used them for many years...they never let me down

One of the easiest laptops to set up. Great graphics and ease of use
