Getting used to Windows 10. Still have trouble with things happening all by themselves.

This computer has been working great so far. I was looking for something small and fast and it gets the job done. I mainly use it for working in Microsoft (Word, Excel, etc.).

I miss the paper user guide that comes with a product. It took me longer to navigate.

I am a longtime hp product user so I pretty much stick with the brand and products

needed a second computer for the house as some programs we run were not working well with the mac. Purchased this unit and immediately saw the benifits of ot over the mac. The programs were runninf smoothly and without glitches

I want to keep this short, and I want to preface my statements by saying that to be fair, this is my first laptop. I found this (my first laptop) to be, hard to use. I do not know if they are symptoms of the windows10 program which I have never used before or the Kaspersky virus program, or this laptop, but....this thing is frustrating as h@ll when trying to write e-mails. It will only let me type one or two letters and then it freezes, or it only types a few letters out of each word. It takes a half dozen attempts to type a single word, and ends up taking 10 minutes to type a 60 second e-mail !! The programs are hard to navigate. It takes forever to figure out where you need to go, and how to get there. The virus program keeps you from submitting passwords and thereby prohibiting you from entering your own accounts !! I am very unhappy with this purchase. I miss my old desktop !!

Good price. I am using the laptop for surfing Web.

I've had this laptop for over two years. The price was great at the time, so I was very excited about it. I rarely use it, since I do most of my work on my phone. Therefore, I don't have much loaded on it. This computer seems to run extremely slow. I don't have the patience to sit and wait for it to load, for a window to open, or to switch between screens. I 'm thinking about factory resetting it, but it really isn't worth it to me for the price I paid. My 8yr uses it, but even she gets annoyed. I may go back to Dell.

I really like my new laptop, just wish it came with a microsoft office installed.
