This laptop is relatively inexpensive and does every thing you can want. Had a few bumps with windows 10 but the geek squad fixed it fast and has been working great since. I would recommend this laptop to friends and family.

I am not a computer expert. My laptop is used for basic functions - email, Facebook, googling, and special internet sites. This laptop is quick and efficient. I've had no problems with it and I am pleased with my purchase.

This comfort has a ton of features... But the processing speed is very slow. Web pages load slow and steaming movies. I really bought it for my college freshman to be able to do papers and school work in his dorm. So I guess it serfs its purpose. He is a big MAC fan. This. Was only to hd I'm over until Christmas.

Is a good computer just the antivirus Kaspersky didn't work so that's not good

A very good laptop for doing basic things like email ,shopping and searching.

bought computer for grandson so he can play games on it and do email to friends when he visits us. I have even used it a couple of times.Its easy to use and has great graphics and sound. Can even watch movies on it.

Overall I have been unimpressed with this laptop. I bought it just to perform some basic tasks and so I didn't expect much, but I am still disappointed. The shell feels like cheap plastic and you cannot use the touch pad to scroll down the screen.

Bought this to replace Acer Netbook. Have used HP for years at work. Good product. Meets my needs for general home use. Good size, great screen resolution. Actually did recommend to a friend and she bought one too.

I recommend this laptop for any teen. It is great for my teenage daughter.
