I looking over similar products at other stores, I found this laptop to be the best resource for the best price . It performs as expected, and I felt the pricing was fair.

I'm not much of a computer savvy but this computer really rocks. I'm still learning all the cool stuff windows 10 has to offer. I definitely got a lot more than a I pay for

Have had this PC for about a month now and overall so far so good. Not the "fastest" machine but based on the price for this model I am very happy with the performance so far. It does just fine for our needs, email, browsing, spreadsheets, etc.

Got this for the kids cuz they do a lot of computer based homework now. Bought because price was good and I own 2 HP laptops already and have no problems. Works great. Would have given it 5 stars if it did not come pre-loaded with Windows 10, windows 10 really sucks compared to Windows 7. Would recommend.

Laptop is a fine product for the price I paid. But now I wish I would have spent the extra money and bought the one with the faster processor. It was kind of like taking a step backwards My desk top at work is super fast, I guess I'm just spoiled.

Not bad for the price. I did have an issue with the charger overheating and it freezing but best buy took care of the issue and replaced, I couldn't be any happier

I enjoy the laptop, It meets my needs as a carry-around. Good speed, easy to use keyboard, and overall above-average (for the cost) laptop. I do knock it for the 4-hour battery life. Kind of wished I had gone for more time on the battery.

This laptop is proving it's worth in performance so far. I personally own a high end hp for software development and simulations... actually used this laptop after setting up for wife for some development work and it performs nicely.

I bought this computer as a replacement for an older Chromebook. It is not the fanciest or fastest laptop made. However for the price it does a great job. If all you need to do is basic email, web-surfing, and light streaming this machine is more than adequate at a price that can't be beat.

Ok so the last time I purchase a laptop was 8 years ago. My old one gave out and I figured time to upgrade so I went to best buy to purchase a relatively inexpensive laptop and decided on this one. the laptop works great.... be aware though the salespeople are not very friendly in modesto. I ask about antivirus he said yes it comes with 6 months. As I was assuming 6 months worth of antivirus my laptop after a month sent me a notice that I only had one day left. I had to purchase a new antivirus after a month of purchasing my item. I finally called and spoke with someone which told me that I should have gotten a 6 month separate trail which I never received , she offered me a free trail but I would have to go pick it up. I am a mother of two work and take care of my husband I live 25 miles away really just to get something I should have gotten in the first place. well I haven't picked it up and it has been 2 weeks. Back to the salesperson at the computer section he was very rude to me. Didn't give me my free trail, after I said I was paying in cash he told me I would have to pay upfront and that was all. Didn't tell me anything about the laptop...nothing! in conclusion yes the laptop does work very well but I do wish there was more knowledgeable people, and of course friendly people that make sure your getting everything you pay for.

I got one for my wife, and one for my Grand Daughter. My wife doesn't use a computer much and she had no problem the new windows 10. My Grand Daughter uses her computer all the time. She said her windows 10 lab top is just what she needed for her high school. When my windows 7 isn't usable I plan to get the same HP laptop.

I got this laptop for my wife for internet use. It came with Windows 10 already installed which is a big advantage over the other available laptops with Windows 8.1. It has a good camera and its processor is more than enough for chatting and web surfing.

I was looking for a laptop that had the same capacity and power that the laptop I had (that was recently stolen), and this one happened to be just under $300. Best Buy had it in good supply, which was very convenient.

I bought it for my mother in law, who is really bad at tech. So I really don't want to spend much money. She managed perfect with it. For the price is right a good choice.

So glad I picked the new in the box version of this laptop. It was not a huge savings, but the convenience of having windows 10 already installed was a real relief.

Terrific laptop with one notable issue. The keyboard is a little "tight." If you don't hit the key just right, you'll be keying and keying the same character over and over trying to get it to enter. Otherwise, the system is fast, great color and clarity of screen.

Everything about my laptop is great. Ease of use, lightweight, size. My old laptop felt like a blunt weapon. This one has worked well right from the first power on.

This is an excellent notebook at an affordable price. Great for beginners or experts. Really like the new Windows 10 and is easy to use.

For the money, it's a great deal. It fast (enough) has a lot of storage and Windows 10 runs great on it. Very pleased with the purchase.
