    I purchased the PC for a friend who is elderly, needles to say he seems to like it. his only complaint is that it does sometimes take a long time to load and he prefers using the desktop mode versus windows 10.

    good laptop very easy to use wish it have more ram in it but its very good for what I use it for and you can put up to 16gb of ram in it
