Great computer for students

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The computer itself was nice, but the windows 10 operating system was HORRIBLE it crashed for no reason at all after 2 weeks, and HP customer service was terrible. Honestly it was a great price, but not worth the trouble it was returned and we are now happy with our Toshiba and windows 8.

I have had this for 33 days and I've had to call Geek Squad now 4 times for issues (screen going black, computer can't keep up with typing, programs and computer running slow) with this being so new I still have 383GB left out of 4GB, so there is plenty of space. Return policy is within 15 days after purchase, so now I'm stuck with a laptop that has issues and can't be used on a consistent basis. Disappointed in this brand and Best Buy
