It was relatively cheap and I trusted the HP name. I had a Toshiba that was falling apart so I decided it was time. I had NUMEROUS phone conversations with my ISP and mostly with HP, bought items that my ISP thought would help, returned them because they didn't, waited for a part from HP which I installed myself only to find that didn't make a difference...The story goes on, but there is a happy ending. I returned the piece of $ to BB, talked with a computer guy at BB, bought another (much more expensive)Toshiba, and voila !!!

Not worth it

The mouse is a pain to use also. Not sensitive to normal use, but overly sensitive to a zoom feature that sucks.

Problematic

After taking the computer back to Geek Squad several times for things like faulty hardware I realized it's better to just invest the money in a better more expensive computer. In this case you get what you pay for I guess....

Durable and Easy to Use
