Blue Screen of Death
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my daughter for college and have usually had great experiences with HP laptops and desktops however this one had issues. It blue screened on her 3 times in the first two days. I have to applaud Best Buy in Tampa as they took it back and issued her store credit which she applied towards a MAC. Overall, I still believe in HP but will think more clearly upon my next purchase. Thanks Best Buy for upholding your end.

Thin and lightweight

One year later it's now a paperweight. I don't don't want to pay Geek Squad $150 to get it past black screen mode. I was told it as software issues. Get what you pay for I guess. Only paid $269 for it.
