I bought a Toshiba for the same price that was an absolute piece of junk the WIFI didn't work just garbage. I exchanged it for this HP that works great, the sound is a little weak and I don't like windows 10 but it works fine and is fast. I will never buy another Toshiba that laptop was a joke. I give this one five stars for the price.

I love the laptop. Very lite and works great Easy to use

HP makes really great laptops and this one is no exception. Even though it only has 500 GB and 4 GB RAM it is actually really good and since I only need it for school I don't need a lot of RAM or storage.

The HP 15 exceeded my expectations for lightweight, efficient portability and ease of use.

I bought this computer for my son and I use it more than he does. Very light and easy to handle and carry around. Does everything I need it to do.

This computer is fine for surfing and doing light-weight work. It takes a little time to get running. For the price, I have no complaints. My boys use it for school work. We are pleased with it.

This is the second laptop I bought of this same model. The first one had a problem with the headphone jack. It didn't work. But I liked it so I returned it and got a second one. And so far so good. The charging jack seems loose but I'm crossing my fingers. It does work otherwise fairly well. Windows 10 is the way to go avoid 8 at all cost. Very little blot ware so that is a plus. Get this computer for lite applications and general surfing it works well.

This is one great laptop, no problems, runs smooth, and lightweight. Only gave it 4 stars because the material is rough. Jokes, but its a good.

I was looking to get a reasonably priced computer to do my work with in college. The computer is fast with the A6 processor and 4Gb of memory. The 3.0 ports work very well, and having Windows 10 downloaded already is very nice.

I bought this for my Wife. She loves it. It's not the fastest computer in the world but it works for her just fine. GREAT price for a GOOD little laptop. Can't bet the HP line of computers.

My HP laptop has not disappointed. The price was awesome and the capabilities very good. I would have hoped the computer would be faster loading but it is still acceptable. Lots of features.

This laptop is a good value for the price. It would be a good choice for someone doing some basic online research and writing reports for school. I have not used it for any kind of gaming.

3 kids in HS and now computers for each and a printer for almost nothing. we also got free anti virus.what an incredible offer from best buy. we were not looking forward to buying them all a computer, then a printer, then software. best buy came to our rescue.

Does everything a basic laptop needs to do. Actually handles some pretty graphics hungry games quite well. Couldn't beat the price either.

great value. the major factor for me was price. i was advised a chromebook would be my best economical buy, but i dont have 24/7 wifi and i wanted a cd/dvd tray. it didnt take long to figure out the HP AMD A6 was my best option. I couldnt be happier with it.

This computer is very easy to use. After speaking with geek squad member about all the different keys I was well on my way to becoming proficient at what I use this computer for...information gathering and emailing.

Purchased for use as a church computer. We use it for videos with praise and worship. Works great. No lagging and executes promptly. Excel and Word work great with this product.

Great buy for a pre-loaded Windows 10 4gb/500mb laptop. Unit is light weight and comes with a num pad. For a 15.6", this unit's horizontal viewing is almost as wide as a 17inch. Can't go wrong with this one especially when purchased during the tax free holiday!

I bought this as a first computer for a 13 year old. So far, so good. The machine is not as fast as my Mac, but I may consider getting another as a backup machine for myself.
