I have seen some pretty bad reviews about this laptop, but so far, I am having a good experience with it. No, it is not top of the line and I would not recommend it for gaming. However, if you are just going to use this to surf the web, pay bills, or do routine school work, this is PERFECT. Would also be great as a first time laptop for a younger person. Others have even stated that the operating system is slow. I installed an ad blocker on my laptop and it now functions much faster! The mouse pad is a little sensitive and tends to jump all over the place from time to time. Other than that, I am satisfied with this product.

For the price this laptop is great. It does what Is needed for you to work or do research on. I would recommend this purchase

I bought this as a birthday gift for my daughter and for the price I decided to get it. Wish I would've read the reviews before purchasing it. The battery life, sucks. If it's not plugged into the power outlet then it dies. The number lock doesn't tell you if it's lit or not, which is annoying. If you're not paying attention, the touch pad often zooms in or out when you touch it and that is annoying as well. Like I said, it's good for the price but not great if the above mentioned are deal breakers.

Computer worked great but after a week of owning it, it became rather slow and glitched multiple times. With it having windows 10 installed it's great so you don't have to update but some software you may use for instance in my case music software, won't recognize plug ins due to them not being all the way update to work with windows 10

I've had this laptop for a few months, I added an extra 4gb of memory. Windows 10 is great, This thing works as it should..

I needed a new computer that was inexpensive but had windows 10. This computer has been great and was worth every penny.

This was a replacement for a defective clearance model. Was told it had the same features. I am very pleased with the performance and would definitely recommend it.

Good computer for anyone, no matter the knowledge level for laptops. Good price as well.

I am very pleased with this laptop for the price. Especially since it has windows 10 and cd/dvd drive. It's definetly great for basic everyday use.

Performance is fine. I don't like the touch pad without the separate click buttons.

It seems to be good so far. It does run a little slow. For school work it is fine if you're a gamer, photoshop user etc. you probably want something a little faster.

I bought this computer strictly for home use and it works great. I am adjusting to Windows 10, but have no real complaints yet. My six year old will be using it the most. Easy set up, but it was time consuming and there were many updates. I know Geek Squad is close if I need them.

Can not beat this laptop for value. For average user this will provide all of the features and speed needed for the normal tasks. The only missing feature found to date was a VGA port to connect to an older projector but a $15 HDMI to VGA connector fixed that and the total price was still well below what I would have expected to pay for a laptop.

I was appreciative of the memory and hard disk size at the offered price. Win10 was preloaded and easy to set up. Although the display and keyboard are large, the weight is not too excessive.

My harddrive in my Dell laptop crashed thanks to the laptop hitting the floor. I am taking classes at UoP and had to have it. This was a great buy for the price and then some. It is my backup. A friend just purchased this two weeks prior to this and I was pleased with her's.

This is a decent laptop for the money. Best Buy made the deal even better with a $20 printer. The A6 processor is much better than the Celeron. Don't expect top of the line performance, but for web surfing and word processing, this will suit.

This is a great laptop but a little slow at times. It is made of plasic but it does the job. It came with shipping damage but overal it works so i like it.

He asked for this computer for school projects. Nice size for the price and suits his needs and work great. Packs a bunch of benefits for a low cost device.

the laptop itself is a really good deal. I wonder how the hp support will be after the 1yr program? so far it has been a good thing its been about 3 months.

I'm only giving this computer 4 stars. It's a great computer but the only thing that slows it down and freezes up is the virus protection software. If you shut it off the computer will run like a champ! There is other virus protection software that are much better.
