I bought this computer a month ago. It met my expectation for the price I paid.

HP has produced a perfect computer for those of us that just need a computer. Runs Win10 fast and well. Has a nice screen, runs Office and has plenty of storage. Exactly what I needed.

I purchased this PC after my laptop of a few years broke. I've had the HP for a few weeks now and so far so good. Performance is nice, and no lag so far.

My son uses this computer for school. I works great, and the price was great.

This does everything you need it to do and worth the price. Not fast, not slow. If you need a laptop for simple office work, this will do the trick.

I purchased this computer as a replacement for a computer at a lake home. It boots fast and seems to run well, so far. There is an issue with trying to disable the multi-touch functions on the touchpad (i.e. pinch zooming) wherein the settings reset to "on" when restarting the computer. I'm still not sure I like Windows 10, but the price is right if you're looking for a basic machine that can be used to search the web, watch a movie or do word processing.

Decent laptop for the money. Great for school work and similar activities.

Overall for the price I can't complain. Decent computer, however windows 10 seems to be a pain at times.

I have to SLAM the keys to make them work. The internet capability is a joke. I've tried IE, the Microsoft Edge that is "recommended" and came with the computer, Firefox, and Chrome so it's not the internet program. It's something in the computer that won't work correctly. I actually sat with another computer beside me to see if it was my internet connection. The other laptop flew through the websites while this piece of junk took a long time to load pages, wouldn't load some of the same ones the other one was on, would time out, CONSTANTLY shuts itself down because it freezes up (over and over and over), sometimes freezes so badly that I have to restart the computer to shut the internet down...and I bought it because I went back to college at 52 and needed a computer with "good internet capabilities" due to some online classes. I got sick right after I bought this piece of junk and by the time I was well enough to take it back, it was too late even though I had problems from the first day. So now I'm stuck with this junk (I say as I'm SLAMMING the keys so they work...and even then they sometimes don't work so I get ths (this) or tt (that) because even slamming the keys doesn't always make them work while also wondering if the internet it going to "hold" long enough to write this). Don't waste your money!

Gave this as a gift to my niece who is starting college this year. She loves the size and ease of use with the new Windows 10 operating system.

Great find for our high school student. Enough power for gaming as well.

My only complaint is the touchpad doesn't quite always work as well, but then I use a wireless mouse so don't care that much about the issue.

I was looking for a good computer to do basic computer functions. HP has a good name in PCs and I am not disappointed. It runs much faster than my old Dell Inspiron and going from Windows Vista to Windows 10 was not that difficult thanks to a lot of self help. I did add the Office software and it runs well on this PC.

wasn't sure it would meet or do all the things that my husband does on his computer so I chatted with a representative on the web site who was very helpful and helped me with several different laptops. It made it that much easier to purchase online and we picked it up from the nearest Best Buy store a couple of hours later, The only down part is that I wanted to transfer his stuff from his old computer to the new one but it would cost too much, and they would not guarantee that they would able to transfer everything and if not no refund

The mouse pad sticks a bit sometimes, but for the price of the computer I really cant complain. The battery life could be a bit better too.

So I'm a little late to the game with technology, def needed a laptop but didn't understand first thing about them and was very overwhelmed by choices. After seeing this one on sale, I reviewed customer comments and online info and decided to bite the bullet. Am happy to say it's a pleasure to use and I've had no issues! I like the full size key board and it's still slim enough to take on the go. Am very happy with my purchase.

This unit was purchased for my wife and is used primarily for Internet acitivity. It works great with one limitation. The wireless ac capability is not totally compatible with our AT&T Uverse hardware, resulting in about half the range of wireless coverage in our home. Addition of a wireless range extender solved the range/coverage issue, however without upgrading to a wireless ac router we cannot access all the capability that the wireless ac dual band offers. This in no way is a problem of the notebook but should be useful to know.

While this HP will not win any awards, it's a great little laptop

Bought this laptop for my 14 year old brother and he loves it. He uses it to do school work, watch movies and also play games. The 4G ram is plenty for multi tasking
