I got this for the space it has available. Does run very slow. But gets the job done.

For the price, it does what I need it to do. Not the fastest machine but I can work with it.

The price was right but this is a heavier computer than my previous one (so not great for travel). Also, the battery life wears out VERY quickly, so very disappointing. I suspect I will need to replace this in a year or so, so not worth the money spent.

Its been working Okay so far. It's a decent computer for Light Office/Internet Use/Printing/Personal use. You can lighten the memory by getting rid of Apps you don't need that come loaded in Windows 10. Like with any Windows 10 laptop be careful of what you download, it may change/upset your settings. Also don't overload the memory with too many apps, it may slow it down. I caught it on sale for $230 in early July 2019. Lucky I got it at the time because this model seems to unavailable at present.

This is a good computer with a large storage. Only wish it was a little faster.

Its at a lower price that is great for students or adults who don't need it for video editing or gaming. Nice weight, great resolution, and decent speakers. I wish it had a touchscreen but for the price it can't be beat. 9/10 would buy again.

Great laptop for the price could be faster but for the money it's worth it

So happy I purchased this laptop! It works very well, and no problems! I recommend this laptop for anyone who wants to save money, to purchase a new laptop. :)

I needed a backup to my desktop that had a lot of memory and a DVD\CD read\write disc. This had all that and had a very good price. I was able to try it out in the store before I decided to buy it from home. I was able to pick it up the same day I purchased it online. BUT when I powered it up it had a Trojan Worm in it that I had to pay $600.00 to remove.

This computer has a good display and the sound is not too bad for a laptop. It is very inexpensive. However, it is probably one of the slowest computers in the market. I have to go back 14 years to find a computer that may be as slow as this one. If you don't mind waiting around for this computer to load programs and you don't multitask it may be a good fit, but otherwise I would recommend looking at other options. I got it 2 months ago and I am ready to upgrade.

I should have paid more attention when buying new laptop. My 3 goals were 1GB HD, DVD drive, and 15". This laptop has great price at $300 with AMD motherboard and graphic card. What made it worst, window 10 S mode. I discovered it's app based but only Microsoft app only! No 3rd parties can be installed. However, u can change S mode to window 10 HOME.

easy to use fast and good looking laptop and a great price

I really like this computer. I use it everyday. Using it right now to type this review. I didn't give it 5 stars because, for some reason, the scroll bar sometimes doesn't respond to the cursor. Otherwise, great size and really good computer for the price.

She uses it for streaming, pictures, social media and college papers. She loves it! Lightweight, fast and tons of storage. Buy it!

This laptop is awesome for its price. It was completely sold out, however, I bought an open box return inspected and guaranteed by Bestbuy at almost half the full retail value. This is not a graphics or gaming laptop but has a beautiful screen and Wi-Fi and does wordproccesing and internet well.n

Good price but you are getting a basic laptop. It is slow on start up so have patience. I bought this as a back up to utilize when certain store / business websites require more than your mobile or tablet app, which I use most of the time.

Good purchase. Entry level . I had to work around not being able add chrome and my current Norton because of Windows 10s feature. Wish that had been explained to me at time of purchase . Other than that I have no complaints.

The HP 15-db0011dx is a pretty solid and great laptop for just about anything of your every day needs! It perfectly handles webpages and creating documents for your work needs. It also adds entertainment at home with a screen for movie watching and running low graphic games out on the market! I upgraded my RAM to it's maximum capacity (8GB) and it definitely is a good laptop for running some modern low end games at a smooth rate with its processor. With Windows 10, you'll have your operating system up to date with Microsoft and be able to install a variety of mobile apps straight to your computer. You'll also benefit of features that your smartphone would normally have. Overall it will be a great investment at an affordable price that will be able to handle many things that home and work will require, while maintaining a great performance for some leisure entertainment. Recommended for computer beginners and intermediates.

Excellent value for a superb product with disc drive that performs perfectly.

This is an excellent computer but you need to disable the Windows 10 S version that comes with it. Is really easy to do (Google It) and in just a few minutes you'll have the full Windows Home version. I got it for $230 and still can't believe the value. Obviously It won't run well power intensive games or video editing apps but for everything else this is the machine.
