Bought this computer for my son and I have had no complaints. super easy for him to use and play all of his games.

This thing is a work horse. My wife usses it 12 plus hours a day and with no issues. Great battery life and only wish it was touch screen, but not a deal killer.

This is a total upgrade from my last laptop that I bought 4 years ago. It got crushed under my couch and this was a great replacement. Even though it doesn’t have the dvd player, it’s a whole lot faster.

The good far outweighs the limitations. For a budget-priced laptop, this thing is amazing. I'm not crazy about the silver keyboard, as I find it a bit difficult to see the letters/numbers on the keys, so I deducted a star. Maybe I'm being unfair. Outstanding machine for the price--I bought another one for the church to run worship presentations.

I like this laptop as it is quite a useful and reliable one, HP is doing great these years on the business laptops. The design is good, nice color which looks fashion and decent. The performance is good, for working, I can use most of the software smoothly on this laptop. I do not expect much on the Windows laptops from HP or Dell, and they are just paying the expectation back. I wish to see the laptops lasting longer in this age.

I love my laptop! It works great and does everything and more!

Easy to use, easy to set up, only drawback is that I cannot find a way to block the camera like I have on my old Lenova. Staff was good at listening and being courteous to someone who is NO techie. There was no way to migrate like I did before with Lenova before, but using Google and MS worked fine to integrate old emails and accounts. My only regret is that Vivaldi browser was not allowed in "safe" mode.

Needed a new a Laptop to replace one from years ago. It's a good brand-model and was at a great cost. Does what I need it for; home-work use, battery is good, charges quickly; does not make loud fan sound, connects to internet fast. Speed for customers will depend on their own modem/router.

Computer works very for a student. Great speed and enough memory for plenty of files for school.
