I originally bought a Chromebook to replace my 7 year-old laptop that was falling apart. Upon discovering the Google OS on the Chromebook did not interface well with my MS email and other office apps, the Geek Squad guys helped me trade for this HP. It easily handles my household computer needs and seems to be a good deal marked down from $369 to $269. I'm extremely satisfied at this point. Didn't rate battery life, as I haven't really used it for long periods without plug in.

Gift for my Dad

He is 72 and loves it! I did schedule time for him to sit with the Geek Squad for about a half hour to go over the basics and set it up so that he could find everything he uses on his Desktop. Very easy for him to use!

Nice HP laptop for the price.

I set up the Laptop, so I know how it functioned. I would highly recommend this laptop especially for a newcomer to tech. It will complete plenty of tasks with ease.
