I am completely satisfied with this HP computer. The price was excellent. Best Buy customer service was professional, and the laptop was delivered on time and has performed exactly as advertised.

I love this laptop. It's great for Internet browsing or to view security cameras via a web browser. The price was right ($200) and the speed (reboot) is acceptable. I'm pleased with this purchase.

Purchased both a Lenovo and a HP Laptop at the same time. This HP has a Intel N100 and 4GB of ram, it is a little slower than the other laptop I purchased with a Core i3 and 8GB of ram. Would I not purchase this laptop? No, it is still a solid buy, the ram is actually upgradable unlike the competitor which is why I was torn. Ended up keeping both, I enjoy cheap laptops. Rotate them out as they get too banged up, slow or boring.

This product has been excellent, the computer has worked so well, Thank you Microsoft and the Best Buy Team. Does get stuck now and again though, but nothing is perfect, if problem worsens, I'll just check in with Geek Squad.

Seems good value for the price I paid but I can't really say since I've had the laptop for ~ a week! I like that the unit is fairly light in weight. Biggest negative is the battery only lasts about 5 hours before it has to be charged. And yes I followed the initial charging instructions, etc...

Like the screen size as my eyes age. Easy to use, decent screen. Wish it was touch screen but for the money, it serves the purpose
