I absolutely love my geriatric-sized laptop. My teenage children constantly remark about the size of it... I don't see anything wrong with it, however, it keeps them off of my personal computer and on their own. Great speed, user-friendly setup, and consistent functionality. I definitely encourage the purchase =D

I was saving up big time to buy my very own laptop. I don't regret buying this laptop. It has a really good processor, picture, and so much more. You guys will not regret buying this laptop

I got this laptop sole for business use. It has proven to be the best tool. It has a fast processor and easy to travel with.

Love my new laptop! It feels sturdy and the screen looks soo big that it is just perfect. The keyboard is good to the touch, nonsticky keys.

Owned a little over a year and the laptop keeps saying there js no hardrive installed and wont boot up. Obviously its wrong, maybe some loose cables. Not impressed by this. Laptops arent fun to work on.

I gave away my old laptop 2 years ago. I thought I didn’t need a laptop since I had an iPad. With everything being done online now, I found out a laptop would make my life so much easier. The HP laptop had the amount of memory and storage that I wanted. The keyboard is full size (I have stubby fingers, so this is definitely a plus). It is touch screen, which is nice. The laptop is very fast. I’m very satisfied with my laptop.

I bought this as an open box item, and I’m still pinching myself because of the amount of computer for the purchase price. This computer has ample memory and runs fast, but cost me very little considering. I’m still adjusting to Windows as a long time Apple loyalist, but again, it’s worth it for the value.

the laptop is super quiet during normal operation. The touchscreen is bright and a solid interface. the keyboard feels good, like a laptop of this price should. The Bluetooth feature makes adding a mouse easy, the size and weight are great. Many reviews consider the fan loud, but it is not actually too loud. It does not cause disturbance in a classroom setting, or work environment. and is no louder than an indoor AC unit. I am satisfied with this laptop, and will continue to purchase HP for my own laptops.

This is one of the best laptops I've ever worked with. Incredibly fast and start up time is very quick. Can do many task at the same time. The only drawback is that the screen doesn't fold flat backwards tablet style which would be nice. But the touchscreen is responsive and haven't had any issues.

I've been using this laptop for a few weeks now & love it! It replaced the Envy I used to have that was a 2-in-1 but I realized I didn't need all of that. I do love the simplicity of this laptop, but it has worked for everything I need! Connects easily to my WiFi, has plenty of storage, the whole 9. We are an HP family and love all of the products we have tried so far. I use it almost exclusively for my online work, and it's great! I often have multiple tabs open, including using my Files, and it never slows down or anything. Great buy!

I needed a new laptop for school and was in-between this or an Asus with a different processor but ended up buying this because of the i7 and 12GB RAM. I saw reviews complaining about the fan noise, no problems here, there may be a few lemons out there though. This computer does everything I need, plus more. To me its super fast, turns on quick and is super light with great screen resolution. I very much recommend this computer for anybody.

It’s a great deal but the fan is really loud, it loses the wifi connection easily, some videos wouldn’t load online. Zoom freezes up a lot. Exchanged it for another one, hoping the one I got was just a dud. Maybe it’s just the computer though, on paper this computer should be amazing, didn’t really feel that way though. I felt my old i5 dell touchscreen was faster than this one.

Great affordable laptop with incredible storage. Touchscreen display makes navigation easy. The separate 10 key makes keying numbers a breeze. Sleek and fashionable silver cover has a nicer look than black covers. Long battery life prevents constant charging. Overall a great laptop at a great price.

So far so good. I love the feel of the keyboard. Starting up the laptop was easy and swift. This is my first time using it however, and I can already hear the fan turn on and off intermittently. It's too loud for a new laptop, and I'm wondering whether the issue will get worse with time

Really a nice laptop and when it was on sale for $699 I liked it even better. My mom uses this so it is probably more than she needs, but it also has everything she could want. After removing some of the pre-installed stuff, it works great and this is definitely the best computer she has had.

This is a good mid priced laptop that should handle all of your home or work related needs. If you're a hard core gamer, or if your job requires advanced graphics capabilities, then you may want to move up to a more powerful machine. But for most users this laptop will be more then adequate.

Overall this was a good upgrade from the dinosaur that I was using prior. Having a ten key is paramount so finding this little gem pleased me greatly. The touchscreen is also a nice upgrade. A few minor things that I don’t like are that there is no visual confirmation (illumination) that the 10 key is on. It doesn’t always stay locked on when system is shut down...a bit annoying and the touchscreen DOES take some getting used to. It seems hypersensitive to me at this juncture buts it’s possible that I haven’t used it enough to master it, yet. Hoping it improves rapidly. Key feedback is a bit lacking. I type very quickly and prefer a more significant confirmation that a keystroke has been made. Overall very happy. Have recommended to a friend.
