Overall great laptop. but I couldn't handle the display. There is some fan noise. It's not too bad, but it's there. If you want this more quiet, try disabling turbo boost. Speakers are nice. Laptop is fast, touchscreen, upgradable ram. This is great value. You don't have control over fans and battery charge level. If you keep this laptop plugged in, it might weaken the battery in the long run and would have to be replaced.

This laptop runs great. It does tend to run a little warm, and that causes the fans to run overtime and be a little loud.

Great performance and does what I need it to do. The only problem is the fan gets really loud when I plug it in and it occasionally disconnects from wifi and requires a restart before I can join a network again.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. That being said I ordered a different laptop online when I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready . Turns out they didn’t have it in stock ( it was an open box). I need to get a laptop asap ( mine had just been stolen!) so I got this one. the fan is annoying and there is no way to change the fan settings. Other than that it’s a decent laptop for the price.

i dont get clear view on screen, like others i have had. it gets hotter also, then makes a loud noise when fan comes on, others didnt make noises. dont like the keyboard plastic keys. i liked the rubber type of last 1. i bought it coz last PC wouldnt show my photos. i did systems restore & it wont even let me on now. i bought it there also.

Sub-average laptop. Fan runs all the time, every time with very minimal or no applications open (even upon a fresh start after a reset or from shut down). Decent battery life, but extremely slow performance.

Beautiful laptop. Layout of the keyboard was weird to me....too much space between areas. Hard to navigate efficiently with small hands. The fan noise was disruptive so I returned it.

Not a bad laptop but for what the price is, I expect it to be a little more efficient. It seems every time I open the laptop the fan starts running at a level high enough for me to hear over the TV.

I bought this laptop on Thursday and brought it back to the store on Monday. I absolutely hated it. 1. Clunky and heavy 2. Tons of bloatware 3. Very loud fan 4. S mode which I found useless 5. Unfriendly user interface 6. Much less memory due to bloatware 7. No obvious F10 key. 8. Very hard to turn off. 9. Dim screen Just don't buy it. I went back to a Chromebook. I haven't gotten it yet but it has to be better than this.
