Setup was super easy and windows 10 looks great. The touch is solo much more awesome than I was expectating. Laptop has a great feel and is finger print resistant. Great product!

I've had plenty of HP's before and this one is no different but I do use the touchscreen often. The price was amazing for the quality and that is what really brought me to buy this.

I've had an older model to this computer and I must say this upgrade is much better. I have small children who seem to love touching the screen while I'm doing my homework, and it was very easy for me to disable the touch screen. I do all of my classes online and this computer is just right for me. Not to hard to navigate. I wish the volume could be louder but for the price I can't say that I am disappointed.

We purchased this laptop as a gift for our granddaughter, who had been caring for our pets while we were out of town over nine 3-day weekends. She tells us that she is loving it. That she likes having a touchscreen in addition to a keyboard. (There are a lot of iOS devices in that household.) I doubt that she is fully utilizing it at this time, but it should serve her well as she goes through high school.

I purchased this computer for my son for college. He didn't have a preference on make/model and we picked this one. He loved it from the minute he turned it on. The touch screen features and the HP Apps were a good fit for him.

I'm so pleased with my recent purchase of an HP laptop. The salesperson listened to my wish list and did not try to over sell me, which is usually what happens. I wanted a fairly simple laptop, and I have to say they made iit easy. And I love the combination touch screen and mouse capabilities. I'm still learning, but really like this machine. I use an iPad for simple things, and I was comfortable with this format right away.

The screen is very big, which I like. It is also a touchscreen so it is very helpful at times. Something that I didn't like is that although it is supposed to give you more hours without charging and honestly the battery dies way faster than all the other laptops that I have had. But for all intents and purposes it is fine.

Got this for my son for college. Light weight, good size. Middle of the road specs. Windows 10 was already on it. So far so good

Overall I'm pretty happy with this purchase but I would like to see a few additional features on this laptop. The keyboard doesn't have as comfortable a feel to it as an older HP laptop I own. A glitch with Windows 10 is that number lock doesn't come on automatically at startup and the "num lock" key doesn't have an indicator light to show if it is on or off. This laptop doesn't have a connection to add a monitor or projector which could present a problem for someone using it for presentations. Also the CD Rom is somewhat difficult to access. For the price paid I do feel that this laptop is a good value.

Touch screen is great and Windows 10 is a big step up from the terrible Windows 8.

6 gig ram and 1 TB hard drive combined with touchscreen. Does everything I need it to do. Am very happy with it. Only con would be the cd drive. It doesn't open very easily.

Great laptop for basic computer needs. The touch screen is really nice and adequate speed for Internet and processing needs.

This was a quick purchase because the motherboard on my old PC died. The HP laptop starts up immediately and has a quick response. I have tried the onscreen touch keyboard, which is excellent, but since I use this as my home PC I don't use the touch keyboard much. Best Buy Geek Squad was able to port all my emails and settings from my old PC to this one with little problem. The only glitches are Windows-based, as I switched the default browser from Microsoft Edge to Explorer and went to Outlook because the Windows 10 Email and People settings are still a little buggy. All in all, I am very happy with the HP PC.

I consider this computer a great value for the overall features packed in it, good materials, fast performance for everyday tasks, Windows 10, touch screen, low weight, plenty of RAM and hard disk space. It's a good deal for the price, the only thing that can be improved is the screen resolution, since it's not full HD, but the mentioned features vs. cost overcome this limitation.
