My last HP laptop died and I got this and love it. They are very similiar so there isnt a big learning curve. The only thing I dont love is the wasted space the numbers calculater takes up on the right. I just wont ever use that.

I bought this laptop for my daughter who just started college. This is a great price for the computer. It allows my daughter to do all of her art programs and plenty of space for her studies. Very happy with this purchase!

We are using this laptop for a user that logs in remotely and it is working well. I would not use this for anything but a basic laptop, no gaming or video editing.

Battery died within 3 months of purchase. It started making a clicking sound, thought it was the fan wanting to clean. But the sound persisted after cleaning. Pro: I looove the touchscreen option is so convenient Con: Poor battery, Microsoft office expired within two months

I bought this computer based on price and ability. It's easy to use and easy to set up. Perfect for computer simpletons.

I love this laptop. It was so easy to set up and easy to operate. Recommend this for any level of activity. Gaming is awesome too.

Purchased to replace my high school students MacBook that died mid semester. Didn't want to spend another $1000 and this little CPU has been a worthy replacement

This was a gift for my granddaughter. All her apps, preference and prior settings were applied with just a few needed information required. She loves her laptop.

Bought this to replace one that crashed. It has performed well so far. Only bad thing is I don't like Windows 10 though

It may not be the fastest nor have as many bells whistles as more expensive models but for email, school work and general social media applications its perfect.

It is fine, just a laptop. No Bluetooth I was shocked. Did not ask as I felt that is standard any more but l was wrong

I bought this laptop to stream TV on to my 60" TV, which is does great, but of other stuff I use it for it is slow, so I got what I paid for and can't complain

I got this laptop quite simply because it was discounted as an open box. I hadn't planned on getting an HP, in fact, I was considering getting a Dell. I am pleasantly surprised with how much I am enjoying the computer.

Nice system but with Windows 10 I am still learning my way around it. Still looking for appropriate updates for my favorite programs.It is a learning process.

I am happy with this-my only concern is I do get some noise with the CD drive-which is why I purchased this computer instead of having to buy a separate unit.

Purchased this for wife's mother. First computer. She loves it. Learning to surf and do all the things an 86 year old should do. Grandkids are great tutors.

Battery does not remain charged even for a 90 minutes. Keep plugged if you want to use this computer a longer hours.

Altho I do appreciate quality of this product, I now prefer smaller tablets. I use my old kindle more than the laptop. But I need this for bigger projects

I have enjoyed using my laptop. It is great for putting my pictures on. It is so convenient to sit in the living room and sent my print jobs to my printer from there. I have enjoyed taking it on trips with me.

My current laptop crashed. I was desperate and needed to replace quickly. Too many glitches, always getting error message of "not enough memory".
