The computer is solid. It's got good video quality, decent sound, decent battery life. I can leave it unplugged all day, and only have it drop a few percent when not in use. If you don't want to spend a thousand bucks on a laptop, this is a good one on the cheaper side.

If you’re looking for a good all around laptop, this is it. I use it to check email and surf the Internet. It’s perfect. The low price was a plus. Oh, it’s the first laptop I’ve owned with a touchscreen. I didn’t think I’d like it. I was wrong. It’s awesome!!

I had been without a computer for over a year, and found this at a great price for our budget. The touch screen is something to get used to, but was a plus as I had been using my cell phone for the past year as my communicative device. Typically used for video streaming, social media, email, and a few household business things. Overall this is a computer that met my needs and gets the job done.

Bought this for my wife. She loves the speed and the screen upgrade from her last HP laptop. The ssd is great. But it needs to be larger. She doesn't want to store ALL of her data in the cloud. Will be upgrading the ssd to a 1TB.

I am thoroughly impressed with the speed of this little computer. It turns on under a minute. The touch screen is a nice feature too. It was a much needed upgrade and I'm very happy.

So our Laptop died on us and we needed to get a new one. I went to Best Buy once and got kinda lost. I called a good friend of ours and had him go with us. He narrowed it down to two different laptops. This one and another one. Well we chose this one due to the size, the touch availability, it’s just an all around awesome computer for your school work, web browsing and huluing lol

Love the graphics as well as the touch screen. The speed is more than what I had bargained for and the ease of use is exceptional. Light to carry and battery life is adequate.

This computer is really fast, great for work and school, do the job for really low graphics games. Not enough space though. Consider buying a new and bigger ssd .

I bought this because it was touchscreen and solid state drive .very nice laptop and I’m just starting to put it to wok/use !so far it’s been great fast and smooth

A very good product for Business and home purposes at very reasonable price, very light, and using Windows 10 which makes simple looking for and saving all the information, plus it has a touch screen.

Good light laptop for general use. Nice and quick and good touch screen response. Battery seems to last a good full day with regular general use.

My old PC was running slower and slower and was taking a lot of time to process. I ordered a new HP and it was delivered in a few days. The set up was easy and I can't believe the difference. I was concerned about the size of the screen, but it's nice and clear. The sound is awesome, clear as a bell and the speed is super fast.

Great computer for doing all things besides heavy gaming, which is great for me. The touch screen makes things a breeze from navigating web pages, to editing a word document, to shutting it down. The built in voice assistant Cortana helps a bit to look stuff up online and open aplications but I can't figure out how to open up web pages with Cortanas help or say, look up a YouTube video once she's opened YT. Love the 15.6 inch screen, it's huge! Great for viewing stuff in full HD. Very, very quick startup also with the ssd it has, about 10 seconds from powering on to putting in my password to my desktop. Couldn't have asked for a better laptop for the price. Thanks Best Buy!

Bought this as a gift for my daughter....she loved it, very easy to set up and use. Great quality for the price.

PC is very light but durable. My son uses it for school work, making videos and watching videos. Touch screen is convenient.

Lots of great features on this (including the price), but possibly the best is how quickly it fires up and is ready to use!

This was a nice laptop, but we returned it after the Envy went on sale. For an extra $70 we got a backlit keyboard, HD screen, and 256 G SSD with the Envy. Same i5 processor & screen size. I also think the 128 G SSD is too small for any laptop. In any case, it was typical superior HP quality.

Really enjoy this laptop. It’s light weight. Incredibly fast due to the hard drive. No problems with it at all so far.
