Overall great laptop for beginners

I bought this laptop a month ago and it crashes every day and HP doesn't have any policy for replacement and will only repair(which will take 7-8 days) as I am in school, I can't give away my laptop. It has created a lot of problems for me because of the HP policy.

Blue Screen So Many Times

It's a new laptop, it shouldn't crash this many times. I counted, it crashed about 10 times already. I just couldn't accept this matter. Overall it's alright, really fast. Next time, I will not get a touch screen, it's so annoying.

excellent mid-level laptop

So far it is kept up to its name and done everything that she has needed it to do. We are really happy that this laptop came with an optical drive so she can watch movies when needed, which is hopefully on break.
