Love this laptop! Super fast, great graphics, lightish weight, but dependable. HP continues to make great laptops. Comes loaded with all the good stuff!

This is a great laptop, well built, and has a beautiful screen. Windows 10 works for scaling most all apps, with only a few that come out super tiny. It's been very fast and responsive. Boots super fast, works well, and acts like it should. No driver issues yet, but haven't tried it for gaming. We wish the keyboard lit up, it's just red paint, not lights. Overall, I'd buy it again, and it's the first time I've been happy with a laptop in years!

This is a very nice laptop, very fast start up and shutdown, comfortable keyboard, it has good hinges. The only thing that I am not fond of is the red backlight keyboard it is a little offensive at night and it would have been nice to be able to change the color but not a deal breaker. I occasionally play some high graphics games and I haven't had any keyboard heat issues.

Performance is astounding. Screen is spectacular. Laptop starts in 5 seconds. Windows 10 has been great, it took a few short adventures to get acclimated with the OS and now it is stunning.

the screen is very nice. the battery time is very good. boot up time is excellent.

4k display, 6th gen dual core, ssd system storage, Windows 10, Bluetooth plus great ram for keeping multiple programs open. What more could you want. Only thing I had to add was a mouse cause I don't like to click and drag with the pad

The Good: The computer is fast. The 4K display is very good. Dual hardrives are awesome. The red backlit keyboard is pretty sweet as well. The Bad: The monitor has no support and flexes very easily. The body of the computer is equally flemsy. When picked up the frame flexes and creaks and cracks. I feel like this computer might break after a few months of use. Summary: Performance is great and would make a solid desktop replacement. I would not reccomend it for any kind of portable use as the overal construction is poor.

This is my first HP computer. The 4K screen makes pictures look just great and I can get a lot on the screen. Just have to wear my strong glasses. I have yet to strain the core i7 processor. My desktop publishing projects will proceed more quickly and more accurately. I am happy.

A month in and this computer is still fast and running smooth. Nice screen nice keyboard. Worth it!

Great laptop, quick bootup time.... 4K screen - what more can be said!

When I first received the laptop, I ran the Valley Benchmark application that was already installed on the laptop. The window was so small, I couldn't read the text. I ran into this problem with Origin too (but it seems to be fixed now). After searching, I found recommendations to run at a lower resolution. Instead of running at 3840x2160, I'm running at 2048x1152, with the scale set to 125%. This defeats the purpose of having a 4K display. Other than this issue, I've been relatively happy with it. The only other issue I've seen lately is I had Firefox open with a bunch of EBay tabs open, and it was constantly saying it was not responding. I finally was able to close some tabs and it started behaving properly again.

For the build, it is good but it lacks a lot of things. Processor speed is incorrect but i tried to ignore it. Did not handle well with HD games and speakers are not that powerful. Decent at best

I was looking for a large screen laptop to replace my my desk top computer and my old laptop. I also use the laptop for my embroidery. This particular HP-17.3" 4K Ultra HD laptop met all the requirements I needed. The color is very good.

Glad I bought it. Really big screen, great detail.

Would recommend if you are looking for a laptop for gaming, the display is huge and it has very vibrant colours.

The laptop is solid. I've been using it for 2 years now. There is 1 issue with the LCD display tho.. it doesn't last very long. Also this model has a lot of mouse pad issues as well.

Has everything one wants in full size laptop the best is the 4K screen

This laptop is good for portable gaming at very good graphics for a non-desktop.
