A: Besides extra storage it has 4k screen
A: Good question. The RAM on this laptop is not expandable. The memory slots are not user accessible. If you still choose to upgrade the RAM, the warranty on the laptop will be voided. Q: Is the Solid State Drive better and why?
A: Because it has no moving parts unlike a mechanical drive. Data can run faster on a solid state drive, whereas a spindle on a mechanical drive has to take a bit of time to retrieve data. That is as simple as I can explain it, but this has a 256 GB SSD, that is GREAT!
A: You can never upgrade a "Graphics Card" on any Laptop or Mobile PC. The Graphics on all Laptops are soldered to the motherboard because of mobility issues. You can upgrade the Hard Drive (HDD) to a larger mechanical one, or an SSD (Solid State) drive, or the Memory (RAM). However, you can never upgrade a Graphics Card or Discreet GPU on any Laptop. You are stuck with what you get on a laptop, that is why it is the ultimate purchase, always making sure you pay for a higher ended graphics card to be future proof, so to speak :-)
A: I don't own it but you just Can't use the disk drive to play 4k, but can stream and download 4k movies. Since it doesn't have that drive. Most people are getting media that way now I guess . Hope this helps.
A: This is not a touchscreen.
Q: Does this have a glossy screen or more like a matt finish??
A: The screen has more like mat finish.
