Did I buy a lemon??? This is the worst HP laptop I've ever owned. The 100% Volume is the equivalent of my ENVY x360 at 30%. And the screen must be tilted at a 45-degree angle to see it clearly. I only bought this for the larger screen to view my online exercise classes. (1) I have to use my Envy at the same time to clearly hear the audio and (2) When exercising up and down, I would have to adjust the screen angle with every step which of course is not possible. Absolute waste of money, but worse is the effect on my nerves trying to use it every day. Too late to return and Geek Squad has done all they could since bought in August 2025. Absolute rubbish!

Bought this pc for my father as his pc was falling apart. Does everything needed and has a large screen which he appreciates.

Best Buy is my sole source of electronic equipment, and HP has the most reliable laptops with Intel processors. The Geek squad are all extremely helpful with all my questions!

Love the larger screen for having 2 screens at home

Like the screen size. Intel Core i3 is a bit slow with some applications.

This laptop has been very reliable for work I have had no issues only wished the battery lasted longer.

I wanted a laptop with a bigger screen as I don't need it for traveling or office. This laptop is so easy to use, the keyboard is easy to get used to. The price was just right. I am very happy with this purchase.

I've been purchasing HP laptops for years. This 17" was cheaper than the 15" I was planning on getting. It was super easy to set up and transfer my info from one laptop to the other. Very satisfied with my purchase.
