This is my first experience using a laptop and so far I like it it’s easy to use and the screen color is great and it has everything I need to do what I wanna do online and I think it is a very good fit for me and the price was very good for what I need to use it for

So far my best purchase from Best Buy over many yeas as a loyal customer. This machine is a well oiled race car. It has met and exceeded all my needs, and I'm extremely happy with this purchase. A true great value, ESPECIALLY because of the timing, sales are a wonderful thing!

This computer is great! It is big enough to manage the keystrokes and works fast with great internet. It took some time to get used to using Edge but once you do it is a wonderful search engine. The screen is colorful and clear. The only con is the speaker is not loud enough, however, with an external speaker it works well.

The computer is great for what I need. It is not as fast as the last one I had, but for what I do now it is great. Not a computer person so not able to go into great detail about this but for the price it works for what I need. Had a friend over and they needed to use it while here and they were impressed. Stated they would probably pickup on for the price.

Got this to replace my aging, soon to be obsolete in October 2025, 17.3”, HP from 2012 which has served me very well for what I needed it for. It’s still in operation but this new computer is by far much better and got it for a steal way below the regular price!

so i have had this laptop for a week now and i love it i don't do much gaming but the couple i have played worked just fine but i use it for emailing web surfing and projects and it works just fine for me i would definitely recommend

This laptop is way ahead of my old, outdated laptop. It offers all of the latest "bells and whistles" to allow me a seamless upgrade in speed, memory and functionality. Even the 17.3" screen is way better to view files, etc.

Great laptop with a very big screen. Helped me and my wife to finish our professional work. Also helped us to assist our kids on their homework.

Big enough screen to read. so used to using a desktop that the connivences of being mobile is convenient in other area in the home and in public areas. Needed to upgrade from windows 10

I’m a senior citizen and somewhat handicapped with heart and lung issues . First I was simply going in to look at laptop’s not expecting to purchase . I had just prior stopped at a repair shop and they said it would be x dollars to repair ( almost what I paid for the new ) bigger and better than my old one ! Sales was extremely helpful, not at all pushy very informative young man 5 stars for the sales aspect ! Set up a date 1 1/2 days from purchase to transfer of data ( old to new ) and pick up of new item !! Ready when promised , Geek Squad is excellent also very thorough explanation of new product for an old guy with all thumbs and not very tech savvy !! 5 star for them also !!

Had this order for my grandmother as she is a teacher and need a laptop. It arrived same day and she instantly reached out and told me how much she enjoyed it and how it would work for what she needed. Its the perfect laptop for mid range office/school work.

We are very pleased with our HP 17 inch screen laptop. The price was outstanding for the quality and it’s easy to navigate. The Geek Squad has been amazing helping us become familiar with this product.

Finally, after 6 months I have a 17-inch screen and The price was BELOW my budget! so much easier for reading emails and the newspaper. And the keyboard has bigger keys making it faster to type.

Nice laptop for the price. The display/graphics are not as crisp as my last hp but I realize it's because of the lower processor. That took some getting used to but other than that this laptop does exactly what I need it to do.

This laptop works perfectly for the price I paid. I love my large 17.3 inch screen. Set up was easy and I loved the fact that it came with free virus protection for a while

I was worried because this was only an i3 processor, but with the new technology, it appears to run as fast as my 5 year old i5 that it replaced. No issues at all.

Large screen allows for more information to viewed. My family prefers HP products. They have always lasted through the years with our generations of use and hopefully not abuse, LOL! We also thank Best Buy for the service we received. Big thank you to the Geek Squad for setting it up. I will probably go in for security upgrade soon.
