||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this black HP 17" laptop on black Friday for the great price of $364, but had to take it back because of performance issues. This i5 is slower than my i3, and the similar 15" AMD A6 I bought my wife the same day for $160. At first I thought maybe that the slow startup time, the slow response time, and the jittery mouse scrolling was because of updates, but these problems didn't improve. Also, the mouse pad wasn't very responsive to the touch, and its hard to keep clean. Stay away from this computer!

terrible
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.since the moment I turned this on, it has done nothing but freeze up, bog down, and close out programs that I am using. The task manager tells me that Google Chrome consumes every last bit of ram that I have, but yet my last HP laptop with the same amount of RAM was able to handle Chrome and multiple apps running all at the same time, while rarely slowing or bogging down, and never locked up.
