A powerful laptop that will allow you to multitask and do everything you need to do at home. It's a bit big to carry around.

I am happy with my new computer and getting used to Windows 10 isn't as hard as I thought it would be. Like the large screen.

I'm not super techy so I don't get into all of the numbers, but I love the speed, color and overall function of this computer. I do work a lot on it, and it hasn't let me down yet.

Purchased for a high school student. Performs well for school work and streams music and video cleanly.

No Bluetooth. Only, and I mean the ONLY, drawback to this laptop. Otherwise, absolutely a great buy, and a great product.

This computer is only average. The touch pad and buttons are very insensitive, despite changing settings. This same key pad failed twice on another HP after only minimal use. Of course there is Windows 10. I needed to disable everything I could find in order for the run speed to be acceptable. Even then, I could not disable Windows from automatically updating at the most inconvenient times.

No problems so far, more lightweight than older laptops.

I bought this for use at home doing light office work, playing a few games, and using the web and other streaming services. It gets the job done well and the screen size is awesome.

Sales person at the store was very helpful. Always buy HP Computers. They are very reliable. And operator friendly.

My old laptop had better days but now I've replaced it with a newer one I'm good to go works well much faster did lack some features my older laptop had but works just fine.

17.3" HP I5 processor and 6GB for under $400.00. Where else but Best Buy. Took back a 15.6"HP I bought and got this for $50.00 more. Great speed with lots of memory. Love it.

This is a good basic computer. Not very fast but works fine for email, social media, shopping reading news etc.

office laptop for my teenage grandson and to use in school and it has turned out to be a good start her laptop.

I am very happy with this laptop. It has everything I need on it. Great for traveling, and the screen is big enough to view the many huge spreadsheets I work with everyday!!

My laptop is great. Lightweight easy to learn how to use. I am able to set up my printers with my User Friendly notebook. It has all the features I need. Thank you Best Buy.

It was faster than I have expected, It is a good computer for someone who use it as a desktop but it has a problem, I don´t know why the network card sometimes shows a message that I don´t have internet connection, to solve it you have to disconnect and reconnect it again, sometimes it could make you lose time, I read on the internet that it is a problem of the network card.

I purchased this laptop for fiancé who needed something for business and music. He is very satisfied overall.

it is all I need to do what I want I do little surfing of the internet or on line games so the speed is just fine with me
