First off, you cannot play Fortnite on this laptop, which is my son's main concern. Otherwise, it has a great screen, sound, it's a capable school/business laptop.

love hp for the money this is packed full of the power and speed to do work play and just much of what you need in an everyday laptop.

Bought this for its big screen and big storage. Only problem is it takes some time to boot up just as most windows pcs not lic macs. Still works for my purposes.

Bought it for my mom. She doesn't know how to use computers and she hasn't complained of anything breaking down yet. Will see how it holds long term.

We like the computer. Seems very fast and the large screen is great. Having laptop is nice so you can carry it with you around the house or away from home.

No issues. Move from working on school stuff, to editing videos. Very versatile.. And the large screen helps when watching movies.

Perfect for my needs. Really like large screen, so much easier to see! My previous HP laptop still working, had a huge influence in purchasing another one!

So far it is good but noticed that the battery is running down sort of a little to quick, will need to get this check out, but got a good price on it.

The HP laptop has a nice size screen for my old eyes. It enables me to use 100+ sizing for my emails and documents. It is also light enough to easily carry.

This is my second HP laptop and it meets all my work needs. I use it working at home (with installed Work applications) as well as for my personal things, such as budgeting. I like the support HP offers. Best Buy is my go-to-source for all things computer or technical related. Just ordered some noise-cancelling headphones as I will start doing some market research from home. The screen is good-sized, it has plenty of storage, and the machine is responsive.

Loving my computer the screen size is great for my work. Love having the numbers on the side like a regular keyboard. Because I work with numbers a lot.

The laptop slow when boot up. Good for internet access. Cpu power great, but just responsiveness. Should invest more on laptop if you want the speed

Good size for business, the laptop goes you the ability to read all your documents in complete comfort. Use with a mouse, it’s much more comfortable

The resolution and colors on the screen of this computer are absolutely amazing. I'm not much of a gamer on a computer, so I went with the ci5 processor because it can handle multiple non gaming tasks. Netflix looks great, and I can run other applications such as Access or Excel while watching Netflix with no interruptions. That's all I was looking for in a computer!

This was a purchase for work. It works very well for major projects with such a large screen to review data. It runs smoothly. Very lightweight.

Absolutely LOVE this new laptop. It does everything that I wanted it to do, plus. It's so much easier to see and do what I want to do on it.
