best for Students..............................................................

I owned and ran a small business with an HP laptop which performed perfectly for 5 years. To ensure continuity, I purchased another brand name which totally imploded after one week! Best Buy gave me credit - I deserved more - so I went back to HP. Business is running smoothly and I will never leave HP again.

It’s fast and durable. But extending the life span of the battery will be great

I purchased this computer after our last Dell died. We have very light computing needs. Just homework, email, and web surfing. So far we've been very pleased. The display is beautiful and setup was easy. Our only complaint comes from difficulty with our email, but that's a windows issue not the computer.

I CHOOSE HP BECAUSE MY LAST PC WAS A HP 7 YEARS NO ISSUES NO REPAIRS NOTTA ONE, WITH THAT BEING SAID YOU STICK TO WHAT WORKS FOR YOU. LOSDED EVERYTHING MYSELF SET UP WAS A BREEZE, MOSTLY EVERYTHING WAS THE SAME EXCEPT FOR RAM MEMORY AND HD SPEED. WOULD I RECCOMMEND THIS FOR A MIDDLE OF THE ROAD PC YES.

We researched a new laptop as our quit on us. This one suited everything we needed, albeit a little bit bigger than what we were used to. The only knock is i wish the battery lasted a little bit longer, but cant complain its good to be wire free again!!

Excelllent Laptop! Highly recommend. Only issue I had was with battery. Warranty sent a new battery but that didn't correct the problem. Barely able to charge it. Had to buy another Laptop for back up. Overall happy with it. Wish someone would make a laptop that charges wirelessly.

I ordered this one, replacing the same model in Lenovo that is unworkable. This HP laptop, approximately $85.00 higher than the Lenovo, works like a champ. My son can install and play a lot of games on this laptop, while he could not do it with the Chinese Lenovo one. I am happy with this purchase.

Got this on sale at a great price, and fits my needs well. I use it to shop online, surf the web, and for basic computer needs. Not a gamer, so can't comment on that. No slow issues starting up or connecting to wifi. Easy set up. Very satisfied.

This is a good computer for those who are not data hogs. I stream movies and I catch up on tv programs, all with no problem. However, I mainly use the computer for social media and writing.

This as a good, fast laptop. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but it does all I need for it to do. It is well suited for beginners, and probably the older crowd. I would definitely recommend it for the price and equipment it has.

I purchased this computer for a low price this winter. I have not had any problems with it, and it does what I need it to do. I'm a student, and I create stationery on the computer aside from normal everyday use. I find it has more than enough memory for my needs. Very satisfied.

This is a great laptop. Love the large screen screen and keyboard with keypad. A couple of weeks later, I bought the same laptop for my husband...worked great until we found out the DVD was defective. Need to send it back for replacement, but otherwise everything else works great!

The HP was purchased to replace a Lenovo that I bought less that a year ago, also from Best Buy that is having keyboard issues and very slow. This HP is 100x's faster and appears to be very well built. I like the fact that it has a 1-tara byte drive so should never fill this up (I hope). The resolution on the monitor is perfect, everything show nice and bright and is very easy to read. So far I am a happy camper with this PC, I will admit have not had it too long, but still happy. Wish list would be for HP to add a couple of extra USB ports, maybe on the back of the unit (seems I always want plug in move stuff than most). The CPU lights need be up top for easy viewing the Num Lock key needs a light on it, or at lest display on desk top that the num lock is on. As for as anything negative? I don't have anything. Oh yes, I can key up a storm on this baby with out any issues, like I have on the Lenovo. (Maybe some day will get it fixed as well).

Laptop works well. No problem of heating after continues usage for hours. However, exhaust fan is noisy and it is through-out the usage of laptop, right from the beginning. Num-Lock does not have back lit which confuses most of the time. Overall a good product and value for money.

I am still getting used to windows 10, but so far I have not had any problems with this laptop. I have to find a bigger laptop case, because my old computer had a much smaller screen. I also wish this model had a backlit keyboard.
