This is an exceptional laptop. Performance was a key factor for us and the RAM with the SSD boot drive has proven to be highly beneficial. The boot drive uses about 70/118GB, so there isn't too much extra room on the 'C' drive. The 1TB secondary 'D' drive is nice, but you need to remember to install all of your programs to this drive. The Synaptics TouchPad takes some getting used to. Yes, it tracks with your finger well, but the single rectangular plate also has mouse left/right buttons at the bottom left and right of the TouchPad. This is adjustable through the Win 10 control panel, but the default settings (and multi-touch gestures) take some getting used to.

I love HP, all my computers have always been hp. The only bad thing about this computer is that the speakers are junk. I turn them to 100% and still have problems hearing it. No, I'm not old. I'm 29. lol

The computer was super easy to set up, and I've had no issues with it. The only reason for a 4 star is the speaker quality which isn't great. I've been pleased with everything else!

Not a touchscreen and the screen itself looks like an old rear projection TV screen. I really did like the wood grain design though.

Bought this for my wife. Have never had a problem of any kind! Great computer!

I use a program from Snap On Shop Key. I have never installed it on any computer that worked without much effort from Snap On tech Support to make it function. This computer loaded the program without a glitch. Worked properly first time. Fifth teen years of using this program never installed without days of installation. The computer setup in less than five minutes from the moment it was turned on. Found my printer installed it without me having to set it up. Found all of my information pictures I mean everything without me have to set it up. It did ask if I wanted some of it installed. Of course there are restarts but this computer takes less than a minute to complete restart what a surprise. This is my first Solid State Drive computer. I had no issues at all. I could not have been more Impressed. I have been using Laptop computers since the early 90s. This one blew me away with the ease of install and use thus far. The speed is remarkable graphics spectacular. I actually turn graphics to a lower setting. Price is very good for what you get. The looks of the unit is very pleasing. I buy HP Laptops because I use these computers in an Automotive Repair Shop one of the worst environments possible to have a computer. I use them to the point they become outdated before I have to replace them.

Because this is a Christmas present for my wife, we have not had the opportunity to see it in action. However, we are optimistic that we will be pleased with the unit.

I shopped around for a quality laptop at a good price. This one is well worth the money.

This laptop has been great to use for work and personal.

I bought this computer and in two month's the screen blew and the speaker's are filled with static.Called HP won't refund my money or give me a new one.Every day something else goes wrong!!!
