I recently purchased an HP computer from Best Buy, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Performance: The computer has been underwhelming in terms of performance. It struggles with basic multitasking, and I’ve noticed frequent lagging, even when running simple applications. For a brand like HP, I expected much better reliability. Design: While the design is decent and compact, it doesn’t make up for the lackluster functionality. The screen resolution is acceptable, but it doesn’t stand out compared to other options in this price range. Features: The advertised features felt overhyped. The storage space is sufficient, but the overall system speed and response time leave much to be desired. I also found a lot of unnecessary bloatware pre-installed, which made the initial setup frustrating. Value for Money: For the price I paid, this product does not deliver the value I expected. There are better-performing computers available in the same price bracket. Customer Service: While Best Buy’s customer service was helpful during the purchase, their after-sales support has been disappointing. I struggled to get assistance with the issues I encountered, and the process of returning or exchanging the product has been cumbersome. Verdict: I wouldn’t recommend this HP computer, especially if you’re looking for a reliable and high-performing device. It has been a disappointing purchase, and I regret not exploring other brands or models before making this decision.

Love it. I was renting to own this same computer and was spending a lot of money on it and the only difference was it was a HP All-in-One Touch Screen. I seen this computer at Best Buy and decided to send the other one back and paid much less than what I had already spent one the other one. It has the same features as the Touch Screen except. The Touch Screen. I would and have recommended this to my family and friends.
