    purchased this for a computer in my garage, mainly to look up parts and play music while i worked. out of the box it took 15 minutes to power up and update, then the audio out would not work, so i did all that i was told to do and still no audio. after that it would sit for a good 30 seconds each time you moved to a new page on the internet. tried a few different things and no progress so i boxed it back up and sent it back for a refund, which if you take it to a store, would be instant, but i live 100 miles from the nearest store so i sent it back and now have to wait 30 days for my money back, have bought a lot of stuff from best buy, but will have to do some serious thinking about future purchased from them.

    Im still just getting us to it. Guess I was spoiled my last computer came with Microsoft Office and other apps, but looks as if I have to pay extra for these things,,,,not real happy about that, and didn't understand that wasn't included.l
