The day I got the computer in the mail it had problems it said key code took it to Best Buy the next day the gentleman helped me out fix that when I got home I hooked it up and it saying it has no drives for the internet so I have to take it back to Best Buy

Every twenty minutes or so I get a pop up asking me to buy McAfee, Microsoft and other software I don't want and which I declined at set up. Will they ever understand NO?

cant get my email change to new coputor and cant connet to VA online and size of font back down

since purchasing brand new i havent been able to really use it much just because of how slow it moves i try every now and then but its always the same result

The HP All-in-One computer is extremely slow and frustrating to use. It takes a long time to load even basic applications, making it a poor investment for the money spent. The system often freezes and struggles to handle multiple tasks at once. Overall, it's disappointing in performance and doesn't live up to expectations.
