It took 10 minutes to open up a program. Reminded me of having AOL dial-up internet. 0/5 stars. I should have checked the reviews before buying it.

Terrible for multitask work

I purchased it as my work computer to replace an older HP that was no longer being supported. Im constantly having to rollback software to keep it compatible with the operating system. I absolutely would not recommend this computer to anyone who plans to do more than read an email or type a paper.

Worst customer service and pickup

Didnt even double check until i got home. Fool for doing that, they gave me a cheaper model then I ordered. Had to go back half an hour drive to get the one i actully paid for.
